THE BOR Command and Control The "Bor" is Israel's underground command post. Located beneath the Defense Ministry complex in Tel Aviv, it is where Israeli officials gather in times of crisis. Israeli officials can command a war from the facility and there are other facilities of a similar but less strategic nature around the country.
