1 A bill to be entitled
2 An act relating to bioterrorism; expressing the
3 legislative intent to enact legislation
4 authorizing the Department of Health to respond
5 to threats of bioterrorism and events that
6 endanger the public health; providing an
7 effective date.

9 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11 Section 1. The Legislature intends to enact
12 legislation authorizing the Department of Health to respond to
13 threats of bioterrorism and events that endanger the public
14 health.
15 Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a
16 law.
