Public Health Emergency; revises rulemaking authority of Health Dept. re
its power to impose quarantine, including requiring vaccination;
specifies terms under which public health emergency is declared;
provides for consultation for, notice, & duration of declaration of
public health emergency; provides immunity from civil damages under Good
Samaritan Act for actions taken in response to situations during
declared emergency, etc. Amends 381.0011,.00315, 768.13. EFFECTIVE
DATE: Upon becoming law.
