April 19, 1998 - Notes from Jackie regarding the Contrail Document Packet When I opened the subject on The Lines in the Sky on the radio broadcast - Sweet Liberty - back in January, I had no idea we were going to make the discoveries we've made. Listeners began calling in relating their experiences and their on-going sightings of the contrails. We discussed the same subject on the next program; calls came in from all over the country and in my frustration I asked, "Are we just going to talk about this or are we going to do something about it?" Who is willing to take the bull by the horns and get to the bottom of this insanity?" ... or words to that effect. I've developed a great love and respect for the people who listen to Sweet Liberty. We are family. Through their diligence we've discovered that the Contrails are being left by Military aircraft, and not all of it from the U.S. All military aircraft burns JP-8 fuel. JP-8 fuel is deadly and is being sprayed from the aircraft all over America. We've received no reports from other countries yet. We're told that the FAA is now pushing to have ALL aircraft, including commercial airliners burn JP-8 fuel "because it doesn't explode when it crashes". We believe the real reason is so ALL military aircraft, both foreign and domestic, can land and refuel ANYWHERE in the world. We're also told they are jettisoning the fuel in case the aircraft crashes upon landing. We believe they're jettisoning the fuel to implement Global 2000, the Depopulation Plan, because we KNOW people all over America are suffering illnesses which reflect the known effects of the additives in JP-8 fuel. The first documents you'll see in the packet are from U.S. Code Title 50, Sections 1520 and 1522 setting forth the ground rules for "experimenting on populations". It appears all that is necessary is that the "local official" in the area where the people are to be used must be notified within 30 days. However, people who have talked with County Commissioners, Township Supervisors, Mayors, Sheriffs, Dog Catchers... those who we deem to be local officials appear to know nothing. Some have speculated that maybe the local officials are FEMA officials. That's a probability. Section 1520 has been amended. The new section is in the packet, although we cannot determine what changes, if any, were made... except that law enforcement can use biochemicals in times of emergency. The article from the Philadelphia Daily News which headlines read, Mystery Illness Sweeping Area Hospitals quotes a doctor who says they "know what it isn't but not what it is". They know it isn't the flue, and it is not caused by a virus OR a bacteria but by an "atypical organism". The most important information we received - probably by Divine Intervention - was from Ron in Electra Texas. He called Shepherd Air Force Base and spoke with their Environmental Expert. Upon requesting information on the additives in JP-8 fuel, she kindly began faxing the data. According to Ron, when her superior entered the room and discovered what she was faxing she was ordered to stop immediately. She informed Ron that if he wanted any further info he would have to use an F.O.I.A. request. He had enough. At least enough to know that the admitted additives in JP-8 fuel are hazardous to ones health in the most deadly way. Those data sheets from Shepherd AFB are in the packet along with the NISHA MSDS's (Material Safety Data Sheets) for seven of the admitted additives. We obtained these data sheets from another listener who just happens to be an Environmental Consultant (for 31 years). Therese "consulted" her data and provided the specs, including one which was shown as a "trade secret". We've discovered that some of the additives in JP-8 fuel are added after the fuel has been delivered into the in- ground tanks. By checking the CAS #'s Therese was able to provide the "alternate" names or "synonyms" used for some of the chemicals. Although the MSDS's are quite technical, we can all understand the sections marked "Health Hazards". Here's an example of just one of the additives in the fuel being sprayed on Americans... Benzene CAS: 71-43-2 Synonyms and Trade Names: Benzol, Phenyl hydride HEALTH HAZARDS: ROUTES OF EXPOSURE: Inhalation, Skin absorption, Ingestion, Skin and/or eye contact SYMPTOMS OF EXPOSURE: Irritation eyes, skin, nose, Respiratory System; Giddiness; Headache, Nausea, staggered gait; Fatigue, anorexia, Lassitude; Dermatitis; bone marrow Depressant/ Depression; Carcinogen ORGANS AFFECTED BY EXPOSURE to this substance are: Eyes, skin, Respiratory system, blood, Central Nervous System, bone marrow [leukemia]. Is that clear enough, folks? Some of the additives are known mutagens. Yes, they cause mutations in living organisms including animals and humans. We've also added the MSDS on Ethyl Dibromide (EDB); EPA reports on EDB and results of testing on EDB. EDB was used as a pesticide from 1974 until 1983 when the EPA put an emergency stop on its use because it is "the most dangerous substance" they have ever tested. That, after at least nine years of use in our food, water and soil. Now we believe it is being used in the JP8 fuel. EDB is also a "lead scavenger", according to the reports. One of the articles in the Contrails Packet discusses EDB in the fuel and refers to a lab in Marion, Ohio which did analyses on soil and water samples. Many of our listeners have reported a "particulate matter" which drops from the contrails and dissipates fairly rapidly. A few people have taken samples to be analyzed. The particulate matter has been described as looking like "spider webs", "filaments", "little needles". Tommy, in Arkansas caught some on a stick and described it to me by phone. As we talked he watched it turn a bluish color and begin to disintegrate. He quickly put what was left of "an eight inch length" into a film canister and refrigerated it until he could get it to a lab. We're awaiting results. EDB freezes at 50 degrees and dissipates in light. Therese explained that these descriptions fit EDB as the contrails are usually reported from 5,000-20,000 feet. Temperatures, even in warm weather, would be at least 50 at those altitudes. Thanks to John, from New Jersey, we have colored photos to add to the packets. It dawned on me that we've all been seeing these sights for several years now and have come to believe they are normal contrails. They are NOT NORMAL CONTRAILS. A normal contrail is left at 30,000 feet and higher; the contrail is harmless frozen condensation from the exhaust and dissipates fairly quickly. The contrails left from the Military Jets at 5,000 to 20,000 feet do NOT dissipate quickly. They puff up, then spread out and leave a gray-white haze over a once clear blue sky. They make irregular patterns such as: checker- board or "tick-tack-toe" boards across the sky "as far as the eye can see". They make Ex's and circles, or parallel lines... sometimes three or four and sometimes as many as fifteen or twenty. One listener watched five planes, flying about a half mile apart line the sky before they departed. We've also added some info on Global 2000, the Depopulation Plans of the world's self-proclaimed "ELITE" who believe they are gods, the world is THEIR playground and Mother Earth - Gaia - is one of their gods, because to reiterate, many of us believe depopulation IS the reason for the spraying of deadly JP-8 fuel over populations. The article goes on to detail testing on chickens. The last paragraph sews it up... "The chemicals were harmless to the hens when given individually... But hens exposed to any two chemicals together showed decreased activity, tremors, leg weakness and other neurological symptoms. The combination of all three chemicals produced the worst problems, including paralysis and death". The last article of the four...
